This Side of Lost is a folk album by Storyhill, released in 1996. The duo consisted of singer-songwriters Chris Cunningham and Johnny Hermanson, who began collaborating in junior high and built their career around intricate vocal harmonies and acoustic guitar arrangements. Known for performing roughly 100 shows annually at colleges and coffeehouses throughout the Midwest and Pacific Northwest, Storyhill had just adopted their name that year after performing as Chris & Johnny since their debut album in 1991.
This CD edition features ten tracks including “Great Divide,” “Hard Wind,” “Another Time,” “Mary On The Mountain,” “Old Sea Captain,” “Spaces,” “Continents Collide,” “Life To Live,” “Standing On My Own,” and “Good Rain.” The album was manufactured on demand using CD-R recordable media.
