This Moment Is the Perfect Teacher presents ten Buddhist teachings from the Tibetan lojong tradition, as introduced by Pema Chödrön. Lojong is a practice designed to train the mind in working with life’s everyday difficulties, softening the heart and shifting how we relate to hardship. Through these teachings, listeners discover how to access inner strength and transform any situation into an opportunity for growth and awakening.

Released as a four-disc set with over four hours of unabridged audio, this recorded retreat includes Chödrön’s explanations of the lojong principles alongside a guided tonglen meditation practice. Tonglen is a technique for developing courage and deepening compassion toward ourselves and others. Add this used CD set to your collection at a fraction of the original retail price.
