The Visionary Artist is an instructional audio CD featuring artist Alex Grey sharing meditation and visualization techniques designed to expand creative consciousness. Drawing on his background in meditation, shamanism, and transpersonal psychology, Grey presents a four-step process for accessing deeper levels of awareness and unlocking visionary experiences. The teachings guide listeners through exercises exploring form, color, imagery, and the energetic structures underlying reality, offering a systematic approach to art-making as both a revelatory and healing practice.

This CD release features Grey’s own voice leading you through the visualizations and creative techniques central to his artistic philosophy. A used copy lets you explore these mind-expanding practices at a fraction of the original retail cost.
