A Flock of Seagulls released this electronic pop-rock album in 2008 as an expanded reissue of their third studio album from 1984. The collection follows the band’s exploration of new wave sounds across tracks like the title piece “The Story Of A Young Heart,” “Never Again (The Dancer),” and “Heart Of Steel,” alongside reflective numbers such as “Remember David” and “The More You Live, The More You Love.”

This CD edition comes from Cherry Red and includes seven bonus tracks beyond the original album material, along with sleeve notes written by David Adams, webmaster of the band’s leading fansite. The booklet features an extensive discography and reproductions of their original album artwork. Grab this reissue on physical media at a fraction of retail cost.
