The Pianist: Music from the Motion Picture is a 2002 soundtrack album featuring the compositions of Frédéric Chopin performed by Polish pianist Janusz Olejniczak. Roman Polanski’s film tells the true story of Wladyslaw Szpilman, a Jewish musician who survived the Nazi occupation of Warsaw during World War II.
