The Little Rascals Vol. 1 is a 1955 collection of classic comedy shorts featuring a group of mischievous children in everyday situations. Originally produced as theatrical shorts by Hal Roach, these episodes were directed by Gordon Douglas, James W. Horne, and John Hoffman, with writing by Art Lloyd and Robert F. McGowan. The series stands out for capturing the natural, unaffected behavior of real children rather than relying on typical child actor performances, showcasing genuine friendships and slapstick humor among the titular rascals.

This single-disc DVD release from Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer runs three hours and twenty-four minutes and carries a TV-G rating. The volume includes ten talking shorts spanning 1929 to 1930, featuring Bobbie “Cotton” Beard, Spanky, and the rest of the ensemble cast. Own a piece of cinema history with this used copy from us.
