The Last Straw is a 2014 family drama directed by Rob Diamond and written by Rob Diamond and Shelley Bingham-Husk. Set during Christmas break at the McDonald home, the film follows a family struggling with constant bickering that threatens to overshadow the holiday season. When their mother recalls an old tradition, the family begins building a manger bed for Baby Jesus one straw at a time, with each act of kindness earning another straw. As the children perform secret good deeds for one another, their quarreling fades and the makeshift crib grows fuller. Starring Adam Johnson, Britani Bateman, Bryton Myler, Cassidy Nelson, Corbin Bernsen, and Darien Willarson, this heartfelt story inspired by true events blends humor with meaningful lessons about the spirit of giving.

This single-disc DVD from Disciple Cinema Group runs 100 minutes and carries a PG rating. A hand-inspected copy of this family-friendly holiday film offers a chance to experience its message about kindness and togetherness.
