The Kingston Trio recorded this live folk album at San Francisco’s Hungry i venue, capturing the group’s acoustic harmonies on traditional and contemporary folk numbers. The set includes well-known standards like Tom Dooley, Bay Of Mexico, and Saro Jane, along with sea shanties and traveling songs that showcase the trio’s tight vocal arrangements and instrumental interplay.

This CD release on Capitol Records contains eleven tracks recorded during the group’s performances at the venue, running approximately thirty minutes. You can own this piece of folk music history on disc at a fraction of what you’d spend on an original pressing.
