Director Deon Taylor brings this 2019 psychological thriller to the screen, starring Dennis Quaid, Michael Ealy, and Meagan Good. A newlywed couple purchases their dream home in Napa Valley, excited to begin their life together in what seems like the perfect property. Their excitement turns to dread when the previous owner, unusually attached to the house, refuses to let go of his connection to it. As he repeatedly appears in their lives and grows increasingly obsessed with the home, the couple realizes his behavior masks something far more sinister than simple nostalgia.
