Rob Minkoff directs this 2008 fantasy action film starring Jet Li, Jackie Chan, Collin Chou, and others. An American teenager obsessed with kung-fu movies discovers a magical staff and finds himself transported to ancient China. Teaming up with a drunken immortal warrior and other martial arts fighters, he embarks on a quest to free the imprisoned Monkey King and return home, facing off against a powerful witch and a ruthless warlord along the way.
