He brings his findings to Andrew Daulton Lee, a drug dealer with grand ambitions, and together they decide to sell the information to the Soviet Union. What begins as a scheme to make quick money spirals into a dangerous game as the KGB demands more secrets, Lee’s drug addiction deepens, and American intelligence closes in on the pair.
