Michael Traeger wrote and directed this 2005 comedy about Andy Sargentee, a small-town underachiever played by Jeff Bridges, who hatches a scheme to produce an adult film with hopes of striking it rich. Joined by his misfit friends, including characters portrayed by Ted Danson, Joe Pantoliano, William Fichtner, and Tim Blake Nelson, Andy recruits local women to star in his ambitious project. Lauren Graham rounds out the ensemble cast in this tale of ordinary people attempting an extraordinary hustle in the town of Butterface Falls.
