CD Details
Groove B Chill released their sole album, Starting From Zero, in 1990 under the production guidance of Prince Paul. Drawing inspiration from the playful, eclectic approach of daisy-age groups like the Jungle Brothers and De La Soul, the group crafted a hip-hop record that aimed to capture that same freewheeling spirit and good-natured energy.
This CD contains ten tracks including “Starting From Zero,” “There It Is,” “Hip Hop Music,” and “And You Don’t Stop.” Though the album never received a follow-up release, its rarity has made it highly sought after by hip-hop collectors over the years. Grab this hard-to-find gem at a fraction of retail cost.
