Slim Susie is a 2003 Swedish black comedy directed by Ulf Malmros. When Erik returns to his rural hometown from Stockholm searching for his missing sister Susie, a former beauty queen, he finds she has become a strikingly different person among the town’s eccentric residents, including a shy video clerk and a corrupt police officer. The film blends dark humor with an offbeat cast of characters caught up in small-town chaos.

This single-disc DVD from Home Vision runs 77 minutes and features the film in its original language. Grab this used copy and experience Malmros’s distinctive visual approach to Swedish crime comedy without the new price tag.
