Sinister is a 2012 horror-thriller directed by Scott Derrickson and written by Derrickson and C. Robert Cargill. Ethan Hawke stars as a true-crime writer who relocates his family to a house where a family was murdered years earlier, believing the case will provide material for his next book. As he digs deeper into the crime, he discovers disturbing film footage that suggests something far more sinister than a simple murder took place in the home.

This single-disc DVD from Summit Entertainment is rated R and features the full theatrical film. A used copy gives you access to this unsettling mystery without the new price tag.
