Sacred Chants of Shiva is a devotional CD created by composer and musician Craig Pruess alongside the Singers of the Art of Living. Pruess drew inspiration from his experiences with the International Art of Living Foundation and guidance from Sri Sri Ravi Shankar to craft an album centered on ancient Sanskrit chants and mantras dedicated to Shiva. As both a student of Indian classical music and a practicing yogi, Pruess turned to Vedic traditions to create music designed to facilitate deep meditation. The chants on this album, many originating thousands of years ago, reflect the ancient understanding of sound, vibration, and their effects on the mind and spirit.

This CD contains six tracks including Shiva Manas Puja, Bhavanyastakam, Shivoham, Atmastakam, Lingashtakam, and Om Nama Shivaya, with a total runtime of approximately 68 minutes.
