Runner From Ravenshead is a 2010 family adventure comedy directed by Joel Steege, who co-wrote the film with Lisa Steege. Featuring an all-child cast including Addison Steege, Amelia Steege, Brendan Steege, and Joel Steege, the movie follows young Sam after she escapes from Ravenshead Prison. With the regular guide service understaffed, Sam is paired with Henry, an enthusiastic but clumsy janitor, for her journey toward the City of Refuge. Together they face narrow escapes, comedic mishaps, and a thrilling chase involving the Guide Service’s rocket-car, all while exploring themes inspired by The Pilgrim’s Progress about finding peace amid life’s struggles.

This is a single-disc DVD release with a runtime of 81 minutes and a TV-Y rating, making it suitable for young viewers. The film blends slapstick humor with its allegorical adventure story to create an engaging experience for families.
