Perception is a 2012 crime drama series from TNT featuring Eric McCormack as Dr. Daniel Pierce, an eccentric neuroscientist whose unique insights into human behavior make him invaluable to the FBI. Alongside Rachael Leigh Cook as FBI agent Kate Rossi, Pierce uses his understanding of psychology and perception to help solve the Bureau’s most challenging cases. The first season follows this unlikely partnership as two very different personalities work together to unravel complex investigations, with Pierce’s unconventional methods and keen mind proving essential to cracking each case.
