When a beautiful woman named Carlotta Montay hires him to find her missing uncle, he stumbles into a wild case involving car chases, a mental institution, kidnappers, and ultimately a murder frame that lands him on death row. As he recounts these bizarre events to reporters, a mysterious photograph he took during his misadventures may be his only way out.
