Five Steve Martin comedies from 1982 to 1999 are gathered on this single disc. Bowfinger follows a struggling Hollywood director who devises an elaborate scheme to get a major star into his low-budget film. Parenthood stars Martin as a devoted father navigating the challenges of raising his children alongside an ensemble cast including Rick Moranis and Dianne Wiest. Housesitter pairs Martin with Goldie Hawn in a romantic comedy where a woman charms her way into a man’s life after his girlfriend leaves him. Dead Men Don’t Wear Plaid casts Martin as a private investigator solving a mysterious death with help from classic Hollywood footage. The Lonely Guy follows Martin and Charles Grodin as two men trying to build social lives in New York City.

This DVD collection runs 8 hours and 23 minutes and is not rated. Universal Studios released this compilation to showcase Martin’s range across romantic comedies, crime capers, and character-driven humor. You’re getting five films on one disc at a used price that won’t drain your wallet.
