Director Tim Burton brings this 2016 fantasy-adventure to life, based on Ransom Riggs’ bestselling novel. Asa Butterfield stars as Jake, a teenager who stumbles upon clues leading him to a mysterious island and an orphanage run by the enigmatic Miss Peregrine, played by Eva Green. There he meets a group of children who possess extraordinary abilities, but their sanctuary harbors dark secrets and dangerous enemies. Jake must uncover his own hidden power to protect his newfound friends from the supernatural threats that pursue them across different worlds and times.
