Make It or Break It is a 2009 TV drama centered on three elite teenage gymnasts training at a prestigious facility called The Rock. Payson, Kaylie, and Lauren have dedicated their lives to the sport, hoping to compete at the 2012 Olympics, but their rigid training regimen leaves little room for normal teenage experiences. When a new scholarship student named Emily joins the gym and shows unexpected promise, and a coaching change brings a demanding new leader to the team, the girls must balance their Olympic ambitions with the real-world challenges of growing up, including romance, family struggles, injuries, and financial hardship.

This extended edition DVD contains the first volume of the series and is rated TV-14. Featuring Ayla Kell, Josie Loren, Cassie Scerbo, and Chelsea Hobbs, with direction by Chris Grismer, David Paymer, and Steve Miner, this Disney-ABC release captures the drama and intensity of competitive gymnastics.
