Lost and Found: The Legacy of USS Lagarto is a 2009 documentary that chronicles the discovery of a World War II submarine lost in the Gulf of Thailand. The film follows divers as they search for the wreck of USS Lagarto and features interviews with Commander Frank Latta and surviving crew members who share the vessel’s history from its construction through its final encounter with Japanese forces.

This single-disc DVD was produced by the Wisconsin Maritime Museum at Manitowoc and explores what the submarine’s discovery meant to the families of those aboard and to the nation as a whole. Own a piece of maritime history with this used copy.
