LeapFrog’s 2009 animated educational program follows twins Tad and Lily as they prepare for their first day of school. Accompanied by a magical firefly named Edison, the siblings explore their classroom and discover that the objects around them are just as anxious about the new school year. As Tad and Lily comfort the nervous blocks, globe, clock, and other classroom items, they learn fundamental lessons about phonics, counting, days of the week, and animal names. Voiced by Cindy Robinson, Dorothy Melendrez, and R. Martin Klein, this program was created by director Bob Nesler and writers Chris D’Angelo, Mark Young, and Rachael Tobener.
