Last Train From Gun Hill is a 1959 Western drama directed by John Sturges and written by Dalton Trumbo, James Poe, and Les Crutchfield. Anthony Quinn stars as a marshal who discovers that Rick, the son of wealthy cattle rancher Craig Belden, is responsible for the rape and murder of his wife. Determined to bring the killer to justice, the marshal travels to Gun Hill to make the arrest, but Belden refuses to surrender his son. Trapped in the town and facing off against Belden and his men, the marshal must find a way to capture Rick and escape on the 9:00 train while testing the bonds of old friendships and the limits of frontier law.
