Ride Around the World is a 2006 documentary directed by Harry Lynch that takes viewers on an equestrian adventure across seven continents and cultures. Narrated by Myra Spector, the film explores how horse culture has connected vaqueros in Mexico, gauchos in Argentina, baqueanos in Patagonia, cowboys in Texas, Moroccan warriors, and riders in British Columbia across more than a millennium of shared history. From roping cattle on legendary ranches to navigating remote backcountry on horseback, the documentary reveals the surprising threads binding these distant riding traditions together.
