Adam Sandler and Kevin James play Chuck and Larry, best friends and firefighters at a Brooklyn fire station. When Larry asks Chuck to pose as his domestic partner so his children can inherit his pension, Chuck agrees to repay a life debt. Their scheme spirals into chaos when a suspicious bureaucrat investigates their relationship, forcing the two straight men to convincingly act as newlyweds. Jessica Biel, Ving Rhames, and Dan Aykroyd round out the cast in this 2007 comedy directed by Dennis Dugan.
