Heaven is for Real is a 2014 drama directed by Randall Wallace and based on a true story. Greg Kinnear stars as Todd, a small-town pastor whose four-year-old son Colton, played by Connor Corum, claims to have visited heaven during a life-threatening medical emergency. As Colton recounts his extraordinary experience with innocent certainty, describing details from before his birth that he could not possibly know, Todd faces an impossible choice: keep quiet or risk everything by sharing his son’s account with the world. Kelly Reilly, Lane Styles, and Thomas Haden Church round out the cast as the family and community members who must grapple with this remarkable event and what it means for their faith.
