The film features more than 30 of his gospel recordings alongside never-before-seen footage and personal accounts from people close to him. Viewers will learn how southern gospel quartets like the Statesmen and the Blackwood Brothers influenced Elvis, explore the controversy surrounding his “Peace In The Valley” performance on the Ed Sullivan Show, and discover the story behind his rendition of “How Great Thou Art.”
