GlobeRiders Silk Road Adventure documents an eight-week motorcycle expedition across one of history’s most legendary trade routes. Directed by and starring Helge Pedersen and Sterling Noren, the film follows riders as they traverse from Istanbul, Turkey to Xian, China, crossing Central Asian deserts, navigating mountain passes, and passing through vibrant cities. Along the way, the journey captures mechanical challenges, accidents, and the cultural richness of regions rarely visited by foreign travelers, revealing why the Silk Road’s historical significance and diverse peoples make the hardships worthwhile.

This single-disc DVD is produced by GlobeRiders and Wide World HD Productions. Pedersen, founder of GlobeRiders, brings over twenty years of motorcycle travel experience and expertise in long-distance, multi-cultural journeys to this production.
