Gabby and Friends: It’s a Hap Hap Happy Day is a 2004 animated collection bringing together classic cartoons from the 1930s and 1940s. The compilation features Gabby in various misadventures, including attempts to diaper a crying baby, battle dancing flames, teach fishing lessons, and survive a disastrous camping trip with the Mayor. Additional shorts showcase the mischievous Parrotville parrots causing chaos at the post office and celebrating at Grandpa’s house, plus a kitten seeking companionship with Scotty the dog. These family-friendly tales combine comedy and adventure for young viewers.

This single-disc DVD from Digiview Entertainment runs 63 minutes and includes eight cartoons animated by various artists including Dave Tendlar, William Nolan, Steve Muffatti, and Burt Gillett. The collection preserves these vintage shorts in watchable condition, offering a chance to own a piece of classic animation history at a used price.
