Follow the Stars Home is a 2001 made-for-television drama directed by Dick Lowry and written by Luanne Rice and Sally Robinson. The film stars Eric Close as Mark McCune, Campbell Scott as his brother David, and Kimberly Williams as Dianne Parker, a woman caught between two very different men. When Dianne’s marriage to the charming Mark begins to crumble after the birth of their daughter Julia, who has genetic abnormalities, Mark abandons his family. David, a compassionate pediatrician, quietly supports Dianne through her struggles as a single mother, while a young girl from a difficult background enters their lives and becomes a source of hope and healing for everyone involved.
