Known well from his work in Milan, Commissario Franco Soneri (Luca Barbareschi) has a history of solved cases longer than the River Po…and a new beat as murky as the river’s depths. When a new class of criminal starts making the Ferrara region its home, Soneri and his team race to catch the likes of killers, con artists, predators and leftover reminders of injustice from World War II. When Soneri is paired with alluring legal partner Angela Cornelio (Natasha Stefanenko), he realizes he must overcome his weakness for women in order to save the day. Collects the first four episodes in this one-of-a-kind crime saga, including “The River of Fog,” “Rooms for Rent,” “Trying to Forget” and “The Mystery Film Club.”
