Flickering Lights is a 2000 Danish crime-comedy directed by Anders Thomas Jensen. Four small-time gangsters from Copenhagen-played by Frits Helmuth, Henning Jensen, Iben Hjejle, and Mads Mikkelsen-steal a substantial sum of money from their boss and attempt to flee the country. Forced to take shelter in a dilapidated house in the countryside while evading pursuit, the criminals gradually discover that life away from their criminal underworld holds unexpected appeal. As weeks pass in hiding, each man begins to reconsider his future and contemplate starting fresh.

This single-disc DVD release runs 109 minutes and is not rated. Distributed by Rogue Arts, it captures the blend of humor and crime drama that defines Jensen’s storytelling. Grab this used copy and own a piece of Danish cinema without the new release price tag.
