Eye to the Telescope is the 2004 debut album from Scottish singer-songwriter and guitarist KT Tunstall. Blending acoustic instrumentation with pop sensibilities, the record balances introspective songwriting with accessible melodies. Standout tracks like “Suddenly I See” showcase Tunstall’s gift for crafting uplifting pop moments, while songs such as “Miniature Disasters” and “False Alarm” reveal her ability to layer folk and jazz influences into her compositions. The album draws spiritual comparisons to artists like Carole King and Elvis Costello, establishing Tunstall as a distinctive voice in contemporary rock and pop.

This is a single disc CD release featuring ten tracks with a total runtime of approximately 38 minutes. The album was released in 2006 on a major label and received critical praise for its blend of raw grooves and sublime melodies.
