Our connective tissue is a fascinating biological fabric that surrounds every inch of our body; every organ, nerve, bone, and muscle cell. Any imbalance or stiffness in one part of your connective tissue will be felt throughout the rest of your body, which means we must work through each layer to ensure our full body remains pain-free, mobile, and full of energy.

Workout 1 (30min):
 Rebalance your connective tissue (all-standing) Melt away any hardened or congealed blockages within your connective tissue as you stretch and strengthen your entire body and increase your overall flexibility. You’ll feel balanced, pain-free, and full of energy for the rest of your day. 

Workout 2 (30min): Release and rebuild your fascia (standing & chair/barre) Get ready to rehydrate, loosen, and rebalance every inch of fascia while focusing on loosening your hips and strengthening the alignment of your feet and ankles. By working all your muscles, bones, and connective tissue in proper alignment – you will rebuild the collagen fibers of your fascia that will give you a bounce in your step.
