Empire is a 2005 television drama from ABC that reimagines the aftermath of Julius Caesar’s assassination in ancient Rome. With Marc Anthony emerging as a rival claimant to power, Octavius must survive civil war and face a final confrontation that will determine Rome’s future. The cast includes Santiago Cabrera as Octavius, Jonathan Cake as Tyrranus, and Vincent Regan as Marc Anthony, with direction by Greg Yaitanes, John Gray, and Kim Manners.
