Emanuelle and the Last Cannibals is a 1977 Italian horror-adventure film written by Joe D’Amato and Romano Scandariato. The story follows an intrepid journalist who discovers found footage of indigenous rituals in Manhattan, then travels to the Amazon jungle to investigate further. What she encounters there among a supposedly extinct cannibalistic tribe proves far more dangerous than she anticipated, blending exploitation and horror elements that would influence the cannibal-cinema cycle.

This Blu-ray release from Megastar Films presents the film uncut and fully restored in HD. The single disc includes both English and Italian audio tracks with English subtitles, a reversible sleeve with alternate artwork, and a collectible poster postcard with liner notes. You’re getting a piece of cult horror history on physical media at a used price.
