Cold Blooded Beast is a 1971 Italian horror-thriller directed by Fernando Di Leo that follows a masked killer terrorizing patients at an exclusive clinic for wealthy, mentally unstable women. Klaus Kinski stars as Dr. Keller, who finds himself and his staff baffled by a series of brutal murders committed with medieval weapons. As the body count rises, suspicion falls on both staff members and patients, leaving everyone wondering whether the killer is an outsider or someone already within the institution’s walls. The film exemplifies the giallo genre’s blend of mystery and exploitation, featuring a cast that includes Rosalba Neri, Jane Garret, John Karlsen, and Margaret Lee.
