Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2 is a 2013 animated comedy sequel directed by Cody Cameron and Kris Pearn. Bill Hader voices Flint Lockwood, an inventor who finally earns recognition from his idol Chester V and joins his company to develop technologies for humanity. Flint soon learns that his weather machine, which converts water into food, remains active on a remote island and has begun producing bizarre hybrid creatures. Alongside his friends, Flint must stop these dangerous animal-vegetable hybrids, including tacodiles and shrimpanzees, to prevent catastrophe.
