Christmas with True Concord is a 2019 choral album featuring the True Concord Voices and Orchestra under the direction of founder Eric Holtan. The recording captures the spirit of the ensemble’s annual Lessons and Carols by Candlelight concerts held in the Tucson area, presenting beloved sacred Christmas carols in fresh arrangements by American composers. Many of these settings receive their world premiere recordings on this album, bringing new musical dimensions to familiar holiday favorites including On Christmas Night, Lo, How A Rose E’er Blooming, Away In A Manger, and Go, Tell It On The Mountain.

Released on the FRESH label through Pinnacle Presbyterian Church in Scottsdale, this single disc features approximately 50 minutes of choral music. This is the group’s second album on Reference Recordings, following their Grammy-nominated debut. A used copy lets you experience this thoughtfully arranged holiday collection at a fraction of the original retail price.
