Movie / Show Details

Bob Newhart brings his legendary stand-up comedy to the stage in this 1992 special, performing at the Raymond Theatre in Pasadena. Known as “the Dean of Deadpan” by critics, Newhart draws from his extensive catalog of classic routines developed over decades in comedy. His material ranges across absurd scenarios involving everything from eccentric bus drivers and mad inventors to budget airlines and oversized movie monsters, transforming everyday situations into extraordinarily funny observations.

This DVD release from 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment contains the complete one-hour performance on a single disc, presented with a not-rated designation. Newhart’s return to the stand-up stage showcases the comedic style that made him a fixture on the nightclub circuit and established his reputation as a master of deadpan delivery. You’re getting a rare televised capture of one of comedy’s most respected performers doing what he does best, and this used copy lets you own it without the new price tag.
