Babylon A.D. is a 2008 science fiction action thriller directed by Mathieu Kassovitz. Vin Diesel stars as Toorop, a hardened mercenary operating in a ravaged world who accepts one final job: transporting a mysterious young woman named Aurora (Mélanie Thierry) and her protector Sister Rebeka (Michelle Yeoh) from Kazakhstan to New York City. As Toorop navigates treacherous obstacles across a post-apocalyptic landscape, he discovers that Aurora holds the key to humanity’s future. The cast also includes Charlotte Rampling and Gérard Depardieu.
