Amazing Love is a 2012 drama directed by Kevin Downes and written by Dave Christiano, Greg Mitchell, and Rich Christiano. The film follows four teens on a weekend camping trip with their youth group leader Stuart, played by Sean Astin, and his wife, portrayed by Erin Bethea. When a materialistic outsider named Ashley unexpectedly joins the group, her self-centered attitude creates conflict with the other campers. Hoping to bridge the divide, Stuart shares the biblical story of the prophet Hosea and his message of unconditional love and redemption, challenging the teens to reconsider their own capacity for forgiveness and faith.
