About the Artist

The Capitol Bones is a jazz trombone ensemble based in the Washington, DC area. Their discography includes the Sea Breeze releases “My Favorite Things” and “Epistrophy”.
For the “Kenton Christmas” project the Capitol Bones filled out the brass section with the Washington DC area’s top trumpet and mellophone players to form The Capitol Bones Big Band, directed by Kenton veteran Mark Taylor.
