The 2007 Tostitos Fiesta Bowl showcased an unforgettable college football matchup between underdog Boise State and the higher-ranked Oklahoma Sooners. Directed by Wax, this game featured dramatic moments and trick plays that led to Boise State’s 43-42 overtime victory. After Oklahoma appeared to seal the win with a late interception return for a touchdown, the Broncos engineered a stunning fourth-and-18 conversion with a lateral play to tie the game in regulation. In overtime, Boise State’s unconventional play-calling, including a behind-the-back handoff for the game-winning two-point conversion, secured one of college football’s most spectacular finishes.
