Little Jimmy Dickens recorded this country music collection in 1996, drawing from his classic honky-tonk catalog. Despite his small stature, Dickens possessed a powerful voice that delivered both comedic and serious material with equal conviction. The album showcases his spirited approach to traditional country, proto-rockabilly, and Western swing, featuring songs like “Take An Old Cold ‘Tater (And Wait),” “Hillbilly Fever,” and the title track “I’m Little But I’m Loud.” Throughout his career, Dickens worked alongside accomplished musicians including guitarists Billy Byrd and Grady Martin, steel guitarist Buddy Emmons, and fiddler Tommy Jackson, all of whom contributed to his distinctive sound.

Released on CD by Bradley Film & Recording Studios and Castle Studio, this single-disc edition contains eight tracks with a total runtime of approximately 22 minutes.
