Stargate: Ark of Truth is a 2008 direct-to-video film continuing the SG-1 saga. Directed by Robert C. Aboard the Odyssey, they travel to a distant galaxy in search of an ancient weapon capable of defeating the Ori, a powerful threat to Earth’s survival. Along the way, the team must contend not only with the Ori themselves but also with the International Oversight Committee, adding political complications to their already perilous quest. The ensemble cast includes Ben Browder, Amanda Tapping, Michael Shanks, Christopher Judge, and Beau Bridges.
