Mass Effect is a science-fiction role-playing game released in 2007 for Xbox 360. You play as Commander Shepard, leading an elite recon squad across a war-torn galaxy to prevent an ancient machine race from returning and destroying all advanced civilization. Every 50,000 years, this unstoppable enemy emerges to wipe out organic life, leaving only ruins in its wake. Few believe the legend, but you know the threat is real, and stopping it requires operating outside the law by any means necessary.

This Xbox 360 release lets you customize Commander Shepard, choose your squad members, and control your weapons, abilities, armor, and vehicles throughout your mission.
