Water Pilates with Carol Argo is an innovative low-impact aquatic conditioning workout utilizing strengthening and toning movements to lengthen the body, increase flexibility, and build strong core muscles. It is well choreographed and offers a wide range of resistance exercises that work all sides of the limbs. The noodle is also used to assist in the stretching and suspension of the body. Aqua participants of all fitness levels will find this Pilates practice to be of great benefit. The lectrure section covers the principles of Pilates and aquatic exercise.
